WARRANTY FORM
This form has to be used to validate return of defective material to VEMA srl.
VEMA will run all necessary controls to assess the cause of fault, controls will be run in our laboratories or from third parties if necessary.
It is mandatory to provide all required data in order to make the complete analysis of the faulty part. For the aforementioned reasons, any piece
returned, considered defective, cannot be received unless it is accompanied by this form (completed in its entirety) and the relative documents.
Please note that missing data or documents may invalidate any warranty acceptance.

Faulty material must be collected complete with all supplied components.
After informing VEMA of problem occurred, please provide pictures showing evidence of the problem and marking on the part in order to allow
VEMA to decide whether collect back the part or authorize to scrap it.
In case of request of refund for extra costs in addition to refund of faulty part (i.e. labour cost), warranty claims must contain additional
information, in particular:
Purchase invoice of Vema part from reseller to the professional mechanic / garage
Invoice from professional mechanic / garage (for first repairing with purchased faulty part)
Invoice from professional mechanic / garage (for replacing the faulty part with new part with resolution of problem)
Declaration of car owner with description of happening
Request of refund of extra costs from car owner
Copy of vehicle registration document
Contact data of car owner, garage and reseller
Faulty parts with all components supplied by the manufacturer
Additional proof attachment (pictures, technical reports etc)
